Who am I?

My name is Frederik Villumsen. I started the company Nørlum now almost two years ago with my girlfriend Jeanette Nørgaard. We are both graduate students from The Animation Workshop with a Bachelor of Arts in Character Animation.
This blog will be my place to share thoughts and experiences with anyone interested. The subjects will vary from running a company, how to hire friends? team dynamics, production planning, landing the right jobs, idea to finish and good old geeking out about animation nonsense that no one but animators know exists!
As you can see I am trying to reach a broad audience! These are all matters that interest me and that I deal with on a daily basis. I hope to share my experiences, epiphanies, mistakes and thoughts here on the blog for everyone to learn from or laugh at!
Feel free to be an active part in this blog and ask questions or ask for a subject to be brought to discussion.
